- Orlando ran his first marathon at Chicago last year and finished in 4:40. His goal this year is to finish under 4:00. He runs five days a week for 6-8 miles. His longest run in training for Chicago was a half marathon.

- Traci has run two marathons, running Chicago in 4:20. Her goal is to break 4:00 this year. She has run several half marathons.

- Kate ran 3:45 in her first marathon and would like to run 3:25 at Chicago this year. Because she likes to race we'll let her race a bit more than the other athletes, yet racing every weekend or every other weekend won't be part of the training plan.

- Matt is coming off a 2:51 at Big Sur. He has done one 22 miles run, two 20 mile runs and several 17 mile runs in his training. He recently ran 57:30 (5:45 pace) for 10 miles.
